“We often hear people say Wisconsin politics is so divided, they avoid conversations about it. Bring up act ten, or the right to work, or the budget, and tempers flare quickly. Democratic state senator Kathleen Vinehout stood so firmly against act ten that she left the state. Looking back, she says it was the right thing to do to slow the process.
